Welcome to Harvest Bakery a family owned and operated wholesale bakery. Harvest Bakery was founded by Robert Marconti and Jose Gonzalez in 1997. From our modest beginnings in Bohemia in a 1,200 square foot garage. We have grown the company to a 30,000 square foot state of the art manufacturing facility with the capability to expand to 80,000 square feet.
In order for Harvest products to meet the highest standard we bake with only the finest ingredients and pay meticulous attention to the baking process. Harvest products are immediately cooled and frozen maintaining freshness. Retail customers need only to thaw and enjoy the delectable tastes of Harvest products.

Shipping Integrity - Enticing Packaging
Harvest packaging is designed for durability to ship into both small and large broad line distributors. We use sturdy corrugated boxes with product sealed in food-safe plastic packaging to protects and seal in freshness. Muffins and cupcakes also have plastic trays to hold them upright in the boxes avoiding damage.
